What is a credit?
A credit is a unit used to generate result images. 1 result = 5 credits. Higher plans can return more result options and unlock Compare Looks.
When do you deduct credits?
Credits are deducted only when we successfully generate result images. If the generation fails, no credits are consumed.
How many credits does a generation cost?
Each successful result image costs 5 credits. A single-result generation costs 5 credits. Creator can try 2 looks for 10 credits, and Pro can try 4 looks for 20 credits.
What is Compare Looks?
Compare Looks lets you upload one person photo and multiple outfit references, then try those looks on the same photo. Creator can try 2 looks at a time; Pro can try up to 4.
What's the difference between preview and original downloads?
Free plan downloads are watermarked previews (compressed). Paid plans get watermark-free original resolution downloads.
Do all plans generate the same quality?
Yes. We generate the same model results across all plans. Paid plans unlock faster queue, Compare Looks, more result options, and original downloads without watermark.
What does Priority/Turbo queue mean?
When demand is high, generations enter a queue. Creator gets Priority (faster), Pro gets Turbo (fastest). Free and Starter use Standard queue.
Can I use the results commercially?
Creator and Pro plans include commercial use rights. Free and Starter are for personal use only.
What is batch upload?
Pro plan allows uploading up to 10 images at once for batch processing, saving time for high-volume users.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?
Currently, monthly credits reset each billing cycle. We're evaluating rollover options for Pro annual plans.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?
Yes. Credit packs are available for one-time purchase and never expire.
