At Outfit Swap Studio, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our AI outfit swap service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund and the process for doing so.

We believe in the quality of our service and offer a fair refund policy to give you confidence in your purchase.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase:

  • Applies to first-time subscription or credit pack purchases only
  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Less than 20% of purchased credits must have been used
  • Full refund issued to original payment method

Example: If you purchase a 200-credit pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days as long as you've used fewer than 40 credits.

3. 48-Hour Renewal Refund

If you forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal:

  • Request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge
  • No credits from the new billing period must have been used
  • Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund
  • This applies to both monthly and annual subscription renewals

4. Credit Pack Refunds

For one-time credit pack purchases:

  • Full Refund: Within 7 days if less than 20% of credits used
  • Partial Refund: May be considered at our discretion for unused portions
  • No Refund: If more than 20% of credits have been consumed

5. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refundable within 7 days of initial purchase (first-time only)
  • Less than 20% of monthly credits must have been used
  • Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until period ends

Annual Subscriptions

  • Refundable within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Less than 20% of first month's credits must have been used
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered for unused months at our discretion

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling a subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future charges; service continues until end of billing period
  • Refund: Returns payment; service access may be revoked immediately

6. Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds Are Available For:

  • Technical Issues: Service failures preventing access or use of core features
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions
  • Non-Delivery: Failure to provide purchased credits or services
  • First Purchase: Within 7 days with less than 20% usage

Refunds Are NOT Available For:

  • Used Credits: Credits already consumed for AI outfit swaps
  • Change of Mind: Simply deciding you no longer want the service (after 7 days)
  • Terms Violations: Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Late Requests: Refund requests beyond the specified timeframe
  • Excessive Usage: More than 20% of purchased credits consumed
  • Quality Expectations: Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (AI outputs vary)

7. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Support

Send an email to support@outfitswapstudio.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots (for technical issues)

Step 2: Review Process

Our support team will:

  • Acknowledge your request within 1-2 business days
  • Review your eligibility based on this policy
  • Request additional information if needed

Step 3: Resolution

Once approved:

  • Decision communicated within 5 business days
  • Refunds processed through Creem to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing may add 3-5 additional days

8. Technical Failure Credits

If an AI generation fails due to our service issues:

  • Credits are automatically restored to your account
  • No refund request needed for failed generations
  • If credits are not restored automatically, contact support

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • Request escalation by replying to the support email
  • Provide additional documentation or context
  • Allow 5 business days for management review
  • You may also file a dispute with your payment provider if needed

10. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be:

  • Posted on this page with updated effective date
  • Applied to new purchases after the effective date
  • Honored under previous terms for existing purchases made before the change
